- fresh mint
- espresso
- sugar
- water
- ice
PREPARATION
- dissolve the sugar and water in a small pan over medium heat
- add in the mint and let the mint steep in the sugar syrup to flavor it
Mint syrup can store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks too!
