These descaling tablets can also be used in Gaggenau and Neff coffee machines and espresso machines.

Recommendation

Descaling tablets remove limescale. When preparing coffee, coffee beans leave coffee fat behind. Descaling tablets have no cleaning effect to remove this. Remove residual coffee fat with Eccellente Cleaning tablets for Siemens Bosch.

Description

When preparing a delicious cup of coffee, cappuccino or espresso, water is heated in your coffee machine. Heating this water causes limescale to form in the pipes and on the heating element of your coffee machine. Even with the use of water filters, your coffee machine will eventually calcify.

In areas of “hard water”, which contain many calcium and magnesium ions, a lot of limescale is formed when heating up. Small ‘flakes of limescale’ are released in the process, which end up in your cup of tea or coffee, for example.

Siemens and Bosch espresso machines indicate via the display when it is time to descale your machine. The Siemens Bosch descaling tablets remove limescale deposits safely and reliably. One decalcification a month is usual to remove limescale. If you consistently descale every month, using one descaling tablet per decalcification is sufficient. If you descale less frequently, we recommend using two descaling tablets to ensure all limescale is removed. You will receive this set as individual products.

Instructions

Empty the water tank and then add two Siemens / Bosch Descaling tablets with 0.5 litres of lukewarm water. If necessary, top up with lukewarm water up to the mark. You can then start the descaling programme of your Siemens / Bosch espresso machine. It will run the descaling solution through the machine in about 20 to 30 minutes. Afterwards, clean the water tank thoroughly and flush the machine with clean water.
